They couldn't. Sony was settling a lawsuit with immersion over the rumble technology when the PS3 was released. It's nice we can get it now though.

Bob Dole likes the reloading by pulling the controller up in Army of Two. It really helps to not have to take your thumb off the analog stick to reload. Bob Dole thinks every FPS on the PS3 should have this feature.
Weren't they supposed to make a game that "utilizes the power of the cell" that is exclusive to PS3 in return for their exclusivity deal on GTA4 being broke? Correct Bob Dole if he's wrong.
